Cesar’s role at Optima is being a Staff Accountant and working alongside Matt Redden with A/R collections. He has worked at Optima for 10 months.

His favorite aspect about working at Optima Office is how everyone is always willing to help and the flexibility that the job provides.

Accounting is a great fit for Cesar, since it always feels like one big puzzle. Growing up he has always liked playing chess and strategic games, so when he got introduced to accounting, he knew it was the right career choice. He likes how everything always has to tie out, so one small number can throw everything off.

Cesar is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico.

His  favorite past time outside of work is surfing and playing billiards.
